Re: I csn't see my PMD when using Pacemaker Editor

From what I'm reading on here, it seems there is an imcompatibility issue with the Pacemaker and Windows 10. I'm sorry but I have no suggestions, and I don't even have Windows 10 to try myself.

Best bet is to get a PC with an older OS just for use with your Pacemaker.

Are you using our PMUpdater tool (Windows only) or doing it manually?

I presume you read all relevant posts in our FAQ section?

Re: How To... Manually Backup Your Editor's Music Library

You are correct in that the editor expect the files to stay where they were when you originally imported them. I could propose 3 options: 1) Delete the files from your editor library, move their locations where you now prefer them to be, then re-import/re-analyse. This would probably mess up any mix...

Re: analyze tracks

If you don't analyze, yes it might nag you but I don't think it forces you to overwrite does it? Why not just leave it analyzing overnight? Whilst the bpm may not be totally accurate, it is a good guide and it enables you to have the beat grid available which can also help. Nobody is going to be mod...

Re: Pacemaker lights up but screen is a blank.

I don't think posting a will help my recollection as I have never experienced this problem, nor heard of it before. Perhaps it is something specific to the latest update (which I don't have). DJ Pip - Can you ask your contact a Pacemaker if they have any ideas? Seems we have at least 2 with the same...

Re: December 2015 Firmware - Official Thread

I have no mac and have no idea (and only me appears to respond unfortunately). There is no mac version of PMUpdater so you have to do it the manual way. There are some instructions somewhere (I could look, but then so could you). If nothing else there is some info or a link to some info on the firmw...

Re: Cant transfer music to pacemaker device.

It good of you to take the time to reply, but after 17 months of waiting, I think the OP has probably given up by now (or hopefully resolved it).
Maybe your info could help another though, so thanks
