I've just received a Pacemaker I bought on eBay. So far very happy with my purchase but I have a few questions which the manual doesn't seem to answer.
- How do I add Tracks to a Case in Pacemaker Editor?
- How do I filter Tracks by Case in Pacemaker Editor?
- If I move a Case from Pacemaker Editor to my Device, will the Tracks it contains move as well?
Adding tracks to case in editor
Re: Adding tracks to case in editor
I assume you already have your music tracks in the library.
You should see an area with a title of "Cases". Press NEW and see a new case added. Click the name to rename it.
Then you simply need to drag/drop tracks from your Editor library onto the cases area above it (while your case is selected).
I don't think moving the case to the device will copy the tracks to the Pacemaker. As I only have music tracks I might want to DJ with in my editor library (as opposed to my whole music collection), any track I add to the library, I also add to the device. Therefore when I copy a case over I know the tracks will be there. It is probably worth ensuring the tracks are on your device before you copy the case, otherwise the case could point to non-existent tracks. That might give a problem, or it might not.
