After noticing a few useability issues with v1.02 here is v1.03

v1.0.3.0 15/04/2014
- Multi-select enabled in grids when browsing
- Now displays no of tracks in view within status bar when viewing tracks (but not tracks in cases or mixes)
- Now displays no of tracks selected (checked) within status bar
- Now ensures last track select is included in the selection before retrieving tracks
- New pop up menu available on Tracks grid (only, not Cases or Mixes) to allow select/clear all, and add/remove higlighted tracks from selection

Hello,

Good to see a new update, seems to be a little more stable but the "retrieve tracks" now appears to do nothing? The bottom left corner shows number of "tracks selected" but clicking retrieve has no result at all. then going back into the cases causes an error about "row 0"

its so almost there!
Thanks
Dan

Looked at this and what you report is not quite what I found. In fact I selected "Browse Tracks", select some tracks and the went to "Retrieve Tracks" and found it retrieve exactly as expected.
- Can you confirm that if you Browse Tracks, the retrieve does work for you?

However..... I find that if I "Browse Cases" instead of "Tracks", then yes pressing "Retrieve" appears to do nothing. Not only that but when browsing cases and you select a track (check the box), then move onto another track row, it increases the "Track Selected" count but the track you selected disappears from view.
- Is this a more accurate description of the problem you encountered?

I didn't managed to get any errors about "row 0" though.

If you can confirm we are experiencing the same problem, and possibly provide any further info and repeating the row 0 issue, then I'll have one last go at fixing things. But to be honest, my interest has waned severely and I really don't want to waste my time on something that will be used by so few (currently just yourself). Although I love my Pacemaker, even I have now moved onto an mp3 controller.

Hi Sox,

Unfortunately for some reason i get slightly different if i go to "Browse tracks there are only 5 tracks shown ie the pacemaker tracks Cardiac arrest teddy bears etc, despite it saying all artists.

On deeper investigation if i change to a specific artist! i can select all by them and then export, this obviously isnt ideal but it seems to export perfectly as well.

I found the best column to filter by is the years as this seems to cover the most tracks in one go, despite there being around 40 years of music on there! so 40 boxes to select and then ticking the tunes but it works, so almost perfectly!

Onto cases yes this is precisely what i see, i thought previously this was the only window that displayed my tracks as i didnt realise (maybe it doesnt do this at your end) that with the filters set to all ie "all artists" that it doesnt display all tracks, but instead you have to filter to make it work. As I dont have many cases recovering choons in this manner may be easier personally, but if the filtering window when set to all did display "all" then maybe the cases window can be completely disabled?! therefore hiding it and maybe making the coding easier at your end and then a solution is available for all in the future.

Thanks very much for considering these points,
Ifyou cant get to it then at least our conversation above can aid everyone into getting what they want from this good little application.
