hi i'm new to the pacemaker i've had it for 2 days and was really getting into. got to load some music and ! updated the firmware and now my crossfader dosen't seem to work. it will either work for the 1st 2min then stop or not work at all.

I'm not sure if it's the music i've loaded or if my unit is faulty.

Is it having no effect on both line out and headphobe cue (push p-button while fading )?

Does it change the crossfader lights or is it just audio not fading?

Doubt it is your tracks and not heard of any firmware bugs causing this. Wad it ok before firnware update? You might try downgrading

Hi thanks for replying.

it's not having any effect at all. the lights don't move and the tracks don't fade. i've tried to use the p button but it didn't make any difference.

unfortunately downgrading didn't work. i'm not sure if i've changed the settings somehow but it the fader is not doing anything at all. everything else works

Can't think of a setting but might try reset unit to factory default.
May lose your tracks though.

Otherwise I'm thinking the touch sensor may be faulty.

I'm also experiencing the same issue now, and I'm wondering if anyone else has dealt with this before.
The crossfader literally stays in middle, and no matter how much I move it to the left/right, no response.

Any possible solutions to this issue? Even some kind of direction I could take to approach the problem is okay.
The crossfader is like the most important thing here (in my opinion).

I have accessed Factory Reset and tried the options provided... Still no luck! Any advice would be great!

Sounds like a hardware problem with the crossfader as it its not working at all. Fir the first guy it was dodgy. Have you had it apart, could you have disturbed something. I have never looked inside mine so I can't adivse what to expect or how the crossfader works.
